Facebook for RSV & RSV-CE turned on
For those of you that have downloaded the 2.2 update for RSV and RSV-CE, I have just taken the Facebook interaction out of "sandbox mode". So now scriptures should be appearing correctly as you post them. My apologies, it was an oversight of mine when the 2.2 update appeared in the store.

Added features:
- Email selected verses or post to Facebook
- Highlight verses
- Easily copy verses (with reference) to clipboard
I will submit the other Bible texts in the upcoming days.
