RSV in the UK

For those looking for the RSV or the RSV-CE in the UK, my apologies, but I do not have permission to distribute the text there, so it is not available in the UK store. I often forget about this exclusion, so I've neglected to bring it up.

I will inquire as to what the licensing terms would be.
