Four crashes fixed:
- Swipe chapter or reading text after "back" button has been hit in left pane
- Swipe to delete a bookmark's tag
- Settings (infrequent)
- History (infrequent)

One enhancement:
- Formatted text for RSV
Plus a bunch of minor tweaks and enhancements that didn't make it into 1.0!
